Certified Kinesiology Tape Practitioner

Lee began her healthcare career as a physiotherapist for humans, with a passion for orthopedics and sports medicine.

Always seeking professional growth and additional expertise, and wishing to leverage her natural leadership strengths, she completed a two-year certification program to become a Canadian Health Executive (CHE). She went on to complete a Masters program in Health Administration (MHS/MBA) which equipped her to occupy, during the past two decades, senior healthcare leadership roles across multiple Canadian provinces.

Additionally, Lee assumed team lead roles at Accreditation Canada and Accreditation International where she taught and evaluated healthcare standards and practices, both nationally and internationally, to ensure safe and high-level expertise in healthcare based on national standards and best practices.

Lee eventually shifted her focus to equine healthcare – another lifelong passion. She completed a comprehensive two-year Diploma in Animal Rehabilitation, with a focus on equine care, through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). She is currently an Executive Committee member of CPA’s Animal Rehab Division. And shares her expertise and passion by assisting instructors and mentoring physiotherapists within the Animal Rehab diploma program.

Lee is also a member of Canada’s new Registry of Allied Animal Health Practitioners (RAAHP).

Lee actualizes the mission of her equine business – “to optimize performance for riders and their equine partners through assessment, professional therapeutic treatment and individualized rehabilitation” – by providing support and expertise to multiple stables and owners, helping riders and horses who are experiencing acute or chronic injuries in addition to performance-related issues. A strong believer in the team approach, she works closely with veterinarians, farriers, saddle fitters, massage therapists, and others to provide comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation. She empowers owners to enable them to be active care team members for their equine partners.

Lee loves spending time with her two geldings, Jag and Daunte, with whom she enjoys trail riding, competing in obstacle challenges, and western dressage.

Lee joined the Webinar Content Advisors group in January 2025.
