Dr. Haussler provided reviews of the biomechanical and neurophysiologic mechanisms of action of spinal manipulation, cervical rehabilitation, and pain behaviors. He also led participants in practical sessions on spinal mobilization and manipulation techniques.

The course – The Art & Science of Spinal Manipulation Therapy for The Advanced Practitioner – was organized by the Academy of Biomechanics and Rehabilitation (ABnR), with labs at a nearby equine hospital, Tierklinik Lüsche GmbH (which means “It’s all about the horse.”) The course was hosted by Academy founders Dr. Nadine Blum and Dr. Julia Rohrbach.
